MISSION and VISION
Provide a safe and orderly home for youths who have experienced trauma within a duration as outlined in the Continuum Care Reform (CCR). Deliver high-quality care within the guiding principles of the Integrated Core Practice Model to drive favorable outcomes for the youth: permanency with natural supports, building a connection to their community, and/or acquired independent skills for a successful transitional living into adulthood.
