Dream Home Care, Inc. (DHC) focuses all its’ efforts through the lens of high-quality clinical care. We have a dedicated in-house team for each facility, comprised of the Head of Services, who are licensed mental health professionals leading our Clinicians, Mental Health Rehab Specialists, and Intensive Care Coordinators. Our team is trained on Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, principles of the Core Practice Model for the success of the Child and Family Team, and other unique modalities that help contribute to the success of the youth we serve. We also partner up with an independent Psychiatrist and Nurse Practitioner to provide in-depth medication support.
