All youths participating in our program are supported 24/7 by our passionate and well-experienced residential team. This team is led by our Program Administrator and cascading Facility Managers who manage other caregivers around the clock. The team provides continual everyday living support to our youth for all their needs such as transportation, education, medical/dental care, family visits, and nutrition. Our Program Administrator will work with our clinical team to refer clients to resources provided by the Department of Child and Family Services, for instance, music program, gang intervention, and college campus visits. Our team ensures that the youth continue to not only receive support but have an opportunity to thrive like any child in a home-like environment.
